When you use the AI assistants on this website, we process the messages you send and a randomly generated visitor identifier that keeps a conversation together across pages. The site also records limited interaction signals — time on page, scroll depth, exit intent, which pages you have viewed in the current session and how many times you have visited — used only to decide whether to offer you the assistant, and sent to our own chat service. We set no cookies and use no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. A small amount of data is kept in your browser's local storage — the visitor identifier, your conversation history, and whether the assistant panel is open — which you can clear at any time from your browser settings. Our hosting and content-delivery provider processes standard request metadata, such as IP address and user agent, in order to serve and protect the site.
How We Use Information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, operate our website and Facebook Page, provide customer support, prepare proposals, improve our services, and detect abuse. ForgingApps operates AI assistants on this website that answer questions about our services and can help you begin an enquiry, and an AI agent that monitors and may reply to Facebook Page activity, including comments and messages, under human-defined brand and safety rules.
Service Providers and Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only when needed to operate our services: with Meta/Facebook for Page interactions, our website hosting and content-delivery provider, our email delivery provider, the AI model provider that processes the messages you send to our assistants, and professional advisers where legally necessary. We do not use analytics or advertising providers. These providers process data under their own terms or on our instructions where applicable.
Retention
Raw operational logs for website and Facebook Page automation are purged or anonymized after 90 days unless we need them longer to investigate abuse, security incidents, legal obligations, or an active support request. Explicit business correspondence, proposals, and project records may be retained longer where necessary to manage client relationships and comply with accounting or legal requirements. Conversation history held in your browser's local storage stays there until you clear it.
Your Rights
