ForgingApps also operates an AI agent that monitors and may reply to Facebook Page activity, including comments and messages, under human-defined brand and safety rules.

Raw operational logs for website and Facebook Page automation are purged or anonymized after 90 days unless we need them longer to investigate abuse, security incidents, legal obligations, or an active support request. Explicit business correspondence, proposals, and project records may be retained longer where necessary to manage client relationships and comply with accounting or legal requirements.
